Made to be mended

Every Brambleyard piece ships with a repair card. Mail it back with anything we made — a blown zipper, a torn strap, a cracked buckle — and our workshop will fix it at cost. Last year we repaired 2,418 items and sent 96 percent of them home within three weeks.

We publish what our repairs cost so you can decide before you send. A new zipper slider is $6.00, a strap re-stitch is $12.00, and re-waxing a pack is free with any order.

Questions, answered

How long does shipping take?

Orders placed before 1 p.m. Pacific ship the same business day. Standard ground delivery takes 3 to 6 business days within the continental United States; expedited options appear at checkout.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $75.00 or more after discounts ship free within the United States. Orders under that amount ship for a flat $7.95.

What is your return policy?

Unworn and unused items can be returned within 60 days for a full refund. Used gear is covered by our repair program instead, and we will always tell you what a fix would cost before we start.

How does the repair program work?

Send us anything we made, at any age. We patch, re-stitch, re-wax and replace hardware at cost, and many small repairs are free. Turnaround is usually two to three weeks.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We can edit or cancel an order within two hours of purchase. After that it may already be packed; write to us and we will do our best.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to Canada, the United Kingdom and most of the European Union. Prices can be shown in euros or pounds using the currency selector, and duties are calculated at checkout.
